Note: Candidates must possess excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English, and they must have tele sales experience
Job roles and responsibilities:
We are interested in hiring dedicated and hardworking individuals as a tele caller who can join our team. The ideal candidate will have to provide assistance to our existing customers as well as potential customers. As a Tele caller, candidate is responsible for solving questions in regard to the service provided by the company. In addition to this, candidate should collect desired information from the clients, and follow up with them on a regular basis.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Addressing client’s uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
- Noting important details of each conversation.
- Answering calls and resolving queries about immigration and visa processes.
- Advice and counsel the students regarding various universities and colleges overseas.
- Converting potential clients for counselling and providing details regarding various course options.
- Posing questions to comprehend client necessities.
- Acquiring and updating an individual personal details.
- Calling active or old customers for updates.
- To explain the benefits of the product or service to potential clients.
- To retain the customer in case of dissatisfaction with the product or service.
Qualifications and Preferable Skill Requirements:
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi both .
- Experience as a Telesales representative – any industry.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, proficient in communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to switch communication style.
- Outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Efficient with MS Office.
- Target driven.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Upto ₹30,000.00 per month
