IBAS APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION

Terms and Conditions:

1. The Student agrees and understands the Admission/Recruitment process of the programme offered by IBAS & MGW or any IBAS/MGW partner.
2. The Student acknowledges that the accurate and right information has been provided by him/her for the course requirements including credentials, language (IELTS/TOEFL/TEF/German) and finance papers.
3. The Student takes the responsibility of securing the passing grades for the needed language skills (depending on programme requirements)
4. The Student agrees to submit all the aforementioned requirements within the deadline informed by the organization.
5. The Student has signed the Application form and filled it with the correct information.
6. The Student understands the core value of his/her study plan and will be committed to complete the course within the duration given.
7. The Student agrees to pay the Tuition fee on time to IBAS/MGW as informed to him/her.
8. The Student understands the difference between Application fee and Visa Assistance fee. The organization charges student a standard Tuition fee, hence student will be responsible to pay accommodation fee, visa assistance fee (if required), attestation/notarization fee or other value-added services (Post landing

Services) offered by the organization. These fees will be excluded from the Tuition fee. The Student might  opt for these services offered by the organization with additional fee as per his/her wish. 

9. The Student has no criminal/civil charges, any forging case, changes in immigration laws, incomplete/fake documents or any health problems during his/her visa processing which can cause the refusal of Student Visa from respective country consulate/embassy. (Applicable clause for Refund Policy).

10. The Student understands the consulate/embassy requirements and acknowledges the importance of above described conditions. (stated in point 9)
11. The Student acknowledges that he/she has been informed about the medical and interview requirements (depends on respective country consulate). The failure in medical examination or non-appearance during the interview schedule would lead to refusal/failure of Student Visa.

12. The Student further acknowledges that the time required to process the student application depends on factors, which may be beyond the control of IBAS/MGW. The student acknowledges that no warranty is given as to the length of time required to process the application. However, student must make sure the submission of accurate documents as stated by the organization/respective country immigration department.

13. The Student agrees to have a good attitude towards the organization. The organization reserves the right to cancel the Application without a refund of any payment made by the student for any breach of attitude.
14. The Student understands that the organization shall not be responsible for any REFUND if a student makes his/her decision of voluntarily withdrawing from the programme before or after the visa application.
15.  The Student has read and understood all the Terms and Conditions to avoid any future misunderstanding with the organization for applying REFUND or failure of his/her student visa.

I hereby declare that I understand all the described Terms and Conditions and willingly would like to pursue my Study/Student Visa application. I do hereby declare in my honour, to the best of my information, knowledge and belief, that I have declared all information that should be made to the organization.
